Protein Power Punch
Keeps You Going All Day!
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 Tbls. Kretchmer's Wheat Germ
1 Tbls. creamy Peanut Butter
3 rounded Tbls. Ovaltine
1 Tbls. malt powder or malt ovaltine
1 cup cold milk


 

Place all ingredients in an electric blender. Pulse a few times and then finish on high speed to completely blend all the ingredients.

Note:
A glass for breakfast and one for lunch, if you require losing weight. Drink with your meal if you are trying to obtain strength for workouts.

Refrigerate the extra! Make up ahead of time and refrigerate!
