Low Fat Smoothie
7 Frozen Strawberries
7 Frozen pieces Pinapple
1/2 medium size banana
3 large Tbls. Lite Cool Whip
1 cup Lite apple juice

 

Combine frozen fruit and banana into smoothie or food processor and pulse until smooth.

Then add apple juice and Cool Whip and pulse until smooth.

Serve!
