Coconut Smoothie
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp cacao powder, organic and raw
1 tbsp honey
1/3 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup arugula
1 1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup banana

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until it is your desired consistency.
