Wok Style Steak Faijtas
1 small pack of stir fry beef
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 bell pepper
2 tbsp. oil or cooking spray
1/4 cup of sherry cooking wine
1 1/2 tsp. of cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Tortilla Wraps
Mozzarella Cheese
Sour Cream (optional)


1. In a separate bowl, combine sherry cooking wine, cornstarch, and brown sugar in a bowl and stir. Set to the side.

2. Place stir fry steak in a bowl. Coat the steak with the following ingredients: oregano, garlic salt, cumin, and kosher salt. Distribute evenly with hands.

3. Pour the mixture from step #1 over the steak. Distribute evenly with hands. Let meat marinate until step #4 is completed.

4. Heat wok to medium high heat. Coat the wok with cooking spray or 1 tbsp of oil. Cook the onions and green peppers for 4 minutes and remove from the wok. Onions and peppers still will be crispy and firm.

4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in wok. Cook the beef 10-12 or until cooked thoroughly. Then pour onions and peppers back into the wok.

5. Place the fajita mix onto a tortilla wrap. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Eat with sour cream, if desired.
