Tender Roast Beef
2-3 lb beef roast, any cut

2-3 C water

1 envelope brown gravy mix OR 4 cubes beef bouillon

2 tsp each celery flakes, meat tenderizer, garlic powder

Chopped carrots, onions and potatoes (optional)

In Crock Pot, whisk together gravy mix and water (or simply add cubes to water). Add seasonings, whisk. Add vegetables. Place the meat on top of everything and cover. Cook on low at least 12 hours. The meat does not dry out and it will be so tender (and flavorful) that it falls apart when you take it out of the pot. Everyone always asks me how my roast is so tender--the trick is cooking it on low for at least 12 hours.
