Slow Cook Beef Tip Roast

2lb. Beef Tip Roast
1 dry package Good Seasons Garlic and herb Dressing
1 dry package Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing
4-5 small red potatos
4-5 fresh carrots, peeled and cut into thirds
1 red onion, quartered
1 16 oz can of Busch beer or similar, not dark beer

In a 4 quart slow cooker, pour in the package of Garlic and Herb dressing. Place the roast on top. Pour in the Zesty Italian Dressing. Pierce potatoes with a fork and place in cooker. Add carrots and onion quarters. Pour entire can of beer on top. Set the cooker to Low and cover. Cook for at least 8 hours. For a more tender roast, cook 9-10 hours.
