							Sauce Baked Meatballs

							1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp. chili powder 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (Lean)
  Sauce:
  3/4 cup ketchup 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional) 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

							 Beat egg with spoon in bowl.  Add next 8 ingredients.  Mix thoroughly.  Shape into meatballs the size of a walnut.  Place in pan large enough to hold a single layer.
  Combine remaining ingredients.  Pour over meatballs.  Bake covered in 350 degree F. (180 degree C) oven for at least 1 hour.  Serves 4-5 people. 
  Note- I generally serve it over spaghetti, but some people prefer it served over rice. I also double the sauce.
