Quick and Easy to Make!
1 lb. of ground beef
2 cups of rice
1 onion (optional)
1 bell pepper(optional)

 

Take the ground beef and the rice and mix them together in a bowl.

Finely dice the onion and/or bell pepper and put into the mix. Once it has been mixed, take a pan and begin to make round medium-size meatballs of the mix and set them in rows inside the pan.

Once you have made meatballs out of all of the mix, put in the oven for 45 minutes or until the rice is sticking firmly out of the meatball.
