							Creole Style Meat Loaf From the Belile Estate Kitchens
  What you need!
  3 medium eggs,take them shells off n' beat 'em up 2/3 cup milk 2 tsp Cavender's Greek Seasonings or Salt (yuucck) 1/4 tsp pepper,fresh ground 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs 1 onion ,peeled,chopped 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 1 1/2 lbs hamburger,preferably coarse ground(chilly style)
  Topping 1/4 cup ketchup 1 tbsp prepared mustard 1 4 oz can stems n' pieces mushrooms Optional grated cheese but only last 5 minutes of baking, cause it will burn, ifn' you don't watch it.

							 What you do!
  Break eggs into large bowl; beat lightly with a fork.  Add milk, seasonings, pepper and bread crumbs.  Mix well until bread is soft.  Add onion, bellpepper, and hamburger.  Mix well, form into a loaf. Put into an oil sprayed glass baking dish, then put on topping.   Bake at 350 F for one hour.  
  Suggestion: make several, freezes well, baked or unbaked.
