500g Beef mince
1 450mL can diced tomatoes
1 small can corn kernels
1 can mexi-beans
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
6 tortilla's (flat bread)
sour cream
grated cheese
|
Brown mince in a hot frypan. Add tomatoes and mexi-beans. Stir through. Next, add the brown sugar, sweet chilli sauce and corn. Simmer gently for 10 mins. serve on warm tortillas with sour cream, cheese and top with sweet chilli sauce if desired.
