Irish American Corn Beef & Cabbage
Delicious, easy Recipe
Thin sliced prepared CORNED BEEF such as Freiderichs brand;
Cloves (spice section)
6-8 red potatoes
1 head of green cabbage
1 bunch of carrots, peeled

Large pot of Water


Rinse the Corned Beef and nail in at least 10 cloves.

Boil the Corned Beef in large pot of water; bring to high boil; lower to second highest setting.
After an hour and a half, or 2 hours, add the cut up, peeled carrots and potatoes. Lastly, add the quartered cabbage. Cook for 25 minutes more. This recipe is so easy even a child can do it!

Note: the larger the Corn Beef, the longer the cooking time.
