Dianne's Crock Pot Meatball Stroganoff
Swedish Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
1/2cup finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 slice bread, crumbled coarse
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg onion soup mix.
Generous dashes of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can drained mushrooms
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
3 cups cooked wide noodles.

 

Mix Beef, onion, egg, bread, salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs. Brown in fry pan, and pour off drippings. Spray Crock pot lightly with cooking oil. Place meatballs in a preferred flat crockpot.

In a separate bowl mix mushroom soup, water, drained mushrooms, onion soup mix and sour cream. Pour over meatballs and cook on high setting for 4-5 hours stiring every couple of hours and adjusting your pot heat if needed.

If you would rather make this recipe in the oven, put the ingredients in a roaster and cook in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour or so depending on your oven and doneness. Stir in sour cream at at the end and then heat through.

Serve over your cooked broad noodles. Great dish with a tossed green salad.
