Creole Meat Balls and Spaghetti
Cajun Style
1 lb. veal
1 lb. ground beaf
1/2 ground pork
1 cup onions, minced
3 toes garlic, minced
1/2 cup bell pepper, minced
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup cream
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
oilve oil

 

Combine meat with onions, garlic, bell pepper, Italian bread crumbs, cream, eggs, salt and pepper. Scoop meat mixture out with 4 oz. ice cream scoop and form into balls. Brown meatballs in olive oil in large skillet until done.
