Sweet Potatoes Stuffed with Fried Kimchi
3 sweet potatoes, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 3 tablespoons of starch syrup, Kimchi 200g, 1 egg.


① Chop Kimchi up and fry it with starch syrup and sesame oil.
② Steam sweet potatoes and then mash them in a bowl.
③ Knead mashed sweet potatoes with salt and honey.
④ Make round and flat dough with the above paste, and put the fried Kimchi on it.
⑤ Shape the dough like stuffed buns, and bake them in the oven.
⑥ Break an egg and beat it in a bowl.
⑦ Put the beaten egg on the stuffed potatoes and bake them in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
