Seafood Nachos ala Stax
Great Party Plate! No Cooking! |

1 Lg. bag plain Nacho or tortilla chips
1 small container cream cheese
1 small container sour cream
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 jar seafood sauce (Heinz)
1 can shrimp (I always thaw the frozen kind, more economical and better tasting!)
2 tomatoes, diced
2 green peppers, diced
1 yellow and 1 red pepper, opt. (cut back on green pepper then)
1 bunch of green onions, chopped (tops included)
enough grated cheddar cheese to moderately cover a cookie sheet or pizza pan

Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and miracle whip until smooth. Spread mixture evenly onto bottom of cookie sheet or pizza pan. Spread seafood sauce evenly over top of cream cheese mixutre without mixing in. Pile all remaining ingredients, except the cheese, evenly over the top of the cream cheese and seafood sauce mixture. Grate cheddar cheese over entire surface of dip. Arrange nacho chips or tortilla chips around the dip in a nice presentation. Use the chips to scoop the dip. Voila! Enjoy for yourself or take to a party and receive a HUGE pat on the back for a munchie well done!!
