Quick & Easy Low Fat Nacho Dip
Great as diet snack with baked tortilla chips!
1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
3/4 cup Low Fat Miracle Whip
Taco Mix Powder
1 cup of salsa
Green Pepper
Red Pepper
Yellow Pepper
One Small Onion
Chives -fresh are better than dried
Two Roma Tomatoes
5 fresh mushrooms (if desired)


Mix 3/4 cup of Low Fat Miracle Whip, 3/4 cup of fat free sour cream and taco mix powder together.
Spread evenly across the bottom of a 9 inch round pie plate. Spread one cup of salsa across top of mixture. Finely chop vegetables into separate piles. Layer vegetables on top of salsa, one layer each of green, red and yellow peppers. Then add one layer of finely chopped onion. Add one layer of finely chopped mushrooms. Then add one layer of tomatoes. The firmer the tomatoe the better. Finally, add the remaining 1/4 cup of sour cream in the middle of the top of the dip and sprinkle with fresh or dried chives.
