J-Moneys Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings
Best Wing Taste Ever!
15 whole chicken wings (cut in parts, if you prefer)
2 cups Crystal Hot Sauce (Extra Hot is now available!)
1 - 2 Tbls. Tobasco Sauce
2 Tbls. butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
2 to 3 squeeze's of honey
2 Tbls. brown sugar
1 Tbls. crushed red pepper
1 Tbls. chili powder
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Step 1:
Fry frozen chicken wings or parts in vegetable or canola oil on high until cooked thoroughly. I like to cook mine until wings are well done (Golden brown). Set aside and let wings drain on paper towels.

Step 2:
While Last Batch of Wings are frying, add all above ingredients to a large sauce pan and let simmer lightly for 15-20 minutes, stir often. Sauce will look red or almost maroon colored when finished.

Mix wings in large sauce pan until completely coated. At first wings will taste sweet until the heat kicks in!
