							| 100 gm Grated Cottage Cheese 200 gm of Corn flour
 5 pinches of Red chilli powder
 30 gm Finely chopped onions
 75 gm of grated carrot
 Salt, to taste
 Corn oil to shallow fry.
 Finely chopped Coriander and Onions for garnishing.

							| Mix corn flour and red chilli powder and salt and keep aside.
 
 Mix the Grated Cottage Cheese, Grated Carrots, and finely chopped onions in a bowl and keep aside.
 
 Mix the corn flour mixture and the carrot-cottage cheese mixture and make it into a fine dough.
 
 Make round patties of the dough, each patty of around 6 cm diameter and 1 to 1.25 cm thick.
 
 5Shallow fry these patties in the required amount of Corn oil till they turn golden brown.
 
 Garnish with onions and coriander. Serve hot!
