Breaded Artichoke Quarters
Artichokes breaded and sauteed
1 can artichoke quarters,drained
1 cup fine dried breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp olive oil

 

Drain artichoke quarters.
Dip artichokes in egg, drain excess
Roll artichokes in breadcrumbs.
Saute in oil over medium-low heat until they become browned and crispy (about 5 min).
Serve as an appetizer or side dish.
