Bobo's Sausage Bread
Stuffed Puff Pastry
-5 links of mild Italian sausage (casing removed)
-2 sheets of Pepperidge Farm puff pastry
-12 oz of mozzarella ,whole milk, shredded in food processor
-1 14.50unce can of diced white potatoes
-1/2 of a red bell pepper diced
-1 medium onion chopped
-6 oz of pepperoni chopped
-1 egg white


 

Brown sausage in large skillet, drain off fat, let cool
Saute red peppers, pepperoni, onion, potatoes, let cool
Add sausage and cheese
Roll out puff pastry to 1 1/2 times it's size (about 18 x 18 )
Spread 1/2 of the mixture diagonally on to pastry
Fold over bottom right & top left comers, then top right and bottom left
Used egg white seal seams
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350* (seam side down)
Left cool before slicing ( 1hr)
