Bacon & Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
1 box Baby Bellas or medium whole mushrooms
1 container Soft Philly Chive and Onion Light Cream Cheese
1 box Hormel Ready Cooked Bacon
Fresh grated parmesan cheese


Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Place upside down on baking sheet. Fill each mushroom with dollop of cream cheese. Top with piece of bacon. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese (don't use the green can!). Place under broiler and watch carefully until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Delicious!!
