Post subject:  i need a fudge recipe urgently

i need a fudge recipe that involves using 300g chocolate and 30g unsalted butter
it also needs sugar and evaporated milk but i am not sure what the quantities of it are
thats all i need to know if you can help i would be very greatful. my email is

Post subject:  Fudge recipe

Here is a great recipe that you can use

4 cups minature marshmallows
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt
12 oz semi sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (like walnuts)

Combine marshmallows,milk,butter,sugar and salt in a saucepan.
Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil 5 minutes over medium heat,stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add the chocolate stirring until melted. Don't over stir.
Fold in vanilla and nuts and pour into a 9 inch square pan.
Chill until firm. Makes abour 2 1/2 lbs of delicious fudge.
Enjoy!

MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE

1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick)
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
3 pkg. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks (12 oz. each)
1 jar JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme (7 oz.)
3 cups chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

BRING butter, sugar and milk to a full rolling boil in heavy 4-quart saucepan, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
REMOVE from heat. Gradually stir in chocolate chunks until melted. Add remaining ingredients; beat until well blended.
Pour into greased 15x10x1-inch pan. Cool. Cut into 60 pieces.
