ranch red potatoes

6 large red potatoes
1- 12 oz sour cream
1- 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of celery soup
1 16 oz package of ranch dressing
1 tsp pepper
|
Dice potatoes into medium size pieces and place into the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients. Mix well.
Pour mixture over potatoes.
Cook on high 6 hours.
Enjoy!
Note: Cream of celery soup can be subsituted with cream of broccoli, cream of mushroom or cheddar cheese soup to vary this recipe for any occassion or to suit your individual taste.
