Crispy Cauliflower

1. Cauliflower - 1.5 Kg 2. Olive oil - 2 table spoon 3. Powdered Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon 4. Powdered Black Salt - According to taste 5. White Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

1. Cut the cauliflower into big pieces. 2. Heat olive oil in a non stick karai. 3. Put the cauliflower into the kadai & fry it for only 5 minutes on low heat. 4. Add Cumin seeds
Optional: One can also add 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder while the cooking is half done
Note: Whole process involves stirring every after the interval of 1 minute
There should not be much delay in serving the dish
