Then try this Korean SEAWEED SOUP.

Most Korean women have seaweed soup for about 2~3 weeks post giving birth.
Why is this seaweed soup so good for a new mom?
This low calorie soup is full of nutrition such as vitamins and minerals. This alkaline food prevents new moms from getting fat.
Would you like to breastfeed your baby? Then it will also help you to produce more milk.
