Rice red peppers and/ or jalapeños spinach asparagus tilapia cumin cajun seasoning lemon juice vegtable oil
|
1.Over a medium flame in a saute pan add 4 tilapia filets and cook in 1oz of vegtable oil. 2. When under side is cooked flip over and continue cooking on a medium flame. 3. add 1/3 cup of red peppers and jalapeños. 2 cups of chopped fresh spinach 1 cup of asparagus. Add 1oz of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of cumin and 2 teaspoons of cajun style seasoning. Combine and saute together tell the Tilapia is done. serve over rice.
