Egg and Ham Bagel Sandwich Egg, ham, butter, all on a toasted bagel |
 |
 |
1 Everything Bagel, 1 egg, sliced ham, butter
|
Step 1: First, prepare yourself for the easiest meal you will ever make. Be ready to involve yourself in a very simple process that will take you no more than 10 minutes.
Step2: Turn on your stovetop to medium heat and place a frying pan on it. Take some cooking or vegetable oil, Pam spray, or just a dollop of butter and spread it around on the frying pan. This is so that your fried egg won’t stick to the pan.
Step 3: Pop a bagel of any variety into your toaster. Any kind of bagel will do, but my favorite is an everything bagel. Everything bagels seem to add a nice texture to the sandwich with all of its seeds. A cheese or onion bagel would be a good option too. The more ingredients, the better!
Step 4: Then, crack an egg over the pan and let it sizzle for a little while. It should cook rather quickly. Try to keep the egg contained to a small area so that it will fit evenly on your bagel sandwich. Cook the egg until it has only a little bit of liquid yolk left in the middle so that the oozy yolk will add some juicy goodness to your delectable sandwich.
Step 5: Now that your bagel and egg are done, let’s put them together to begin erecting the ultimate bagel sandwich. Take your succulent fried egg with a spatula and place it on the bottom half of your bagel. Take the top half of your bagel and smother it in butter or cream cheese, or, if you are man enough, both!
Step 6: Grab some sliced ham out of your fridge. This ham can be thinly sliced or thicker pieces right off the bone. Either will do. Take a generous amount of ham and slap it on top of the egg on your sandwich. Finally, mash the two halves of the sandwich together and prepare to experience an orgasm of taste.
This sandwich is so easy to make and so delicious that you might think I am trying to trick you. It is no trick, people. This is the best bagel sandwich you will ever put in your mouth. Feel free to create variations of this sweet creation, but remember not to complicate things. It is the simplicity of this delicious dinner that makes it so special and delicious.
