Barbecue Beef Sandwiches
A Great Hot Sandwich! |

2 cans tomato soup
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup water
3 Tbls. vinegar
2 Tbls. sugar
2 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
1 Tbls. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
3 cups beef or pork roast, cooked, sliced thin and chilled

Microwave all the ingredients except the beef or pork slices, covered, until bubbly for 6-7 minutes. Stir it twice during cooking time. Stir in the cooked pork or beef.
This recipe also freezes nicely!
