AWESOME SPECIAL SWEET - MYSOREPAK
SPECIAL SWEET WITH CHICKPEA FLOUR

To this purpose, rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and drain. Sundry for a day or two till the moisture is totally eliminated. Grind into a fine powder and save in a clean, dry and air tight jar for future use. 1. To a shallow bottomed pan add two or three spoons of clarified butter (ghee) and heat. Add the peanut powder and fry till the raw smell is gone.

2. To a deep bottomed pan add sugar and water and boil till a medium consistency is obtained. Add the fried chickpea flour and mix thoroughly and see that no lumps are formed.
