ALLURING SWEET PUFFS Coconut Stuffed Sweet Puffs |

350 grams Bengal gram. 250 grams Brown Sugar powder. 250 grams All Purpose flour. 500 grams Refined oil. 50 grams Rice flour. 2 cups raw Coconut-finely grated. 2 spoons Cardamom powder.

Cook the Bengal gram, drain water and pulverize. Add brown sugar powder, grated coconut powder and Cardamom powder to the Bengal gram dough, mix well and set it aside.
Take the all purpose flour and rice flour, mix together. Add water and prepare, not too thin or too thick, dough.
Take the oil into a deep bottomed pan and heat.
Prepare about three inch round balls with the Bengal gram dough, dip each ball in all purpose flour dough and deep fry them on medium flame until they are fried to deep golden color.
SERVE HOT.
