4 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 3 tbsp vanilla, 1 cup flour, 1/2 tbsp baking soda,1 tbsp baking powder 4 tbsp butter

beat sugar, vanilla and eggs for two minutes, add rest of ingredients and mix lightly.
immediately roll out on ungreased cookie sheet, and cut into shapes with cookie cutter. bake at 425 for 12 min or until lightly browned
