Melt In Your Mouth Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter(softened)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar(packed)
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 to 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips.
1 egg


1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2) Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
3) Mix butter and sugars until creamy.
4) Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
5) Stir in flour mixture and mix well.
6) Add chocolate chips. Mix well
7) Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
8) Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
9) Cool on cookie sheet for one minute and then transfer to a wire rack and continue cooling.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes Serves: 3 Dozen Cookies Depending on the size
