cheesey buffolo potato bake use potato's left from making skinns |

2 to 4 cups of left over potato centers from making potato skins( refrigerate overnight)
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
2 tbs buffalo hot sauce
1 cup shredded American cheese

put potato's in baking dish
chop up to bite size with spoon.
add in olive oil toss to cover potato's.
bake 350 for 10 min
remove from oven add dressing and hot sauce and toss once again.
bake 15 min.
remove cover with shredded cheese
bake till cheese melts.
very tasty in deed.
