Best cheesburger pie ever easy cheeseburger pie with a gourmet flair |

1/2 cup bisquick mix 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 large onion chopped 1 green pepper chopped 1 can green chiles 1 1/2 tsp montreal steak seasoning 1 Tbsp A1 steak sauce 2 cloves garlic chopped 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 cup colby jack cheese shredded 1/4 cup provolone cheese chopped 1/4 cup chedder cheese shredded 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 can diced tomatoes drained (i like the mexican flavored one)

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9in casserole dish with cooking spray. 2. In a large skillet heat olive oil and garlic till hot, add ground beef, green pepper, 1/2 can diced tomatoes and onion. Brown and drain. 3. Add chopped mild green chiles, montreal seasoning, A1, salt and pepper to taste. 4. Add meat mixture to bottom of casserole dish. Top with all cheese mixture. 5. Whisk together bisquick, milk, and eggs till blended. 6. Top meat and cheese mixture with bisquick mixture and cook at 400 degrees for approx. 25 min until golden brown crust forms. 7. Let cool for 5 min and enjoy!
