baked mexican egg roles
use won ton wraps |

ground turkey,can black beans ,can of refried beans, can diced tomatoes one and 1/4 cup chedder cheese pkg egg roll wraps.

heat oven at 400f cook ground turkey till no longer pink. empty can of black beans rinse and drain. empty can of diced tomatoes drain. open can refried beans.mix all ingredient together. add your choice of mexican spices. greese a cookie sheet with your favorite oil. take a wonton place on asurface with triangle point toward you. place a small amount down middle of roll. bring point nearest to you to center. bring sides in toward middle. roll up egg roll style. brush with oil. place seam side down. bake @400 f for 10-15 minutes. checking at 10 minutes and turn over. remove from oven. let cool can be eaten hot or warm. reheat in a 100f oven if wanting to keep hot .other wise good either way.
