This salsa recipe is for anyone tired of the garlic tomato juice labeled salsa found in a jar!!

Combine 20 chopped tomatoes, 1-1/2 white onion, finely chopped cilantro and minced red bell pepper.

Blend remaining tomatoes, onion and lime juice seperately, then add to other ingredients.

Add remaining chopped peppers to taste. Cut 1 lime in halves and squeeze or pulp into mix.

Garnish with remaining lime, either decoration-cut halves or sliced and placed on top.

Refrigerate overnight to mingle flavors.
