Breaded Oysters
1 pint fresh oysters
3/4 cup cream
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper
1/2 cup melted butter

 

Mix cracker crumbs and the melted butter. Grease pie plate or casserole. Spread a layer of crumbs on plate, then a layer of oysters, half of the cream mixture, a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

Repeat once, ending with layer of crumbs on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 20 minutes.
